The Horizon Roofing Employee Operations messaging program sends non-marketing SMS and MMS messages to participating employees and authorized personnel. Messages may include daily roofing or sheet-metal dispatch assignments, crew and project information, schedule changes, task or safety acknowledgements, job-selection prompts, field-update confirmations, document or media-upload guidance, and replies to messages a participant sends.
Participants enroll through Horizon Roofing's web opt-in form by supplying the mobile number to be used and affirmatively checking an unchecked consent box. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will promptly notify Horizon Roofing if the number changes. A public example and documentation of the web form is available for review.
Message frequency varies with work schedules and participant activity, generally 0–5 messages per day. Horizon Roofing does not charge for the program, but message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may also call (320) 252-1608. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. No further program messages will be sent unless you later provide a valid request and consent to re-subscribe. Operational information may then be provided through another company-approved channel.
